David S. Bartelstone has two decades of experience litigating hundreds of matters involving a broad range of state and federal real estate disputes. David’s real estate experience includes title insurance prosecution and defense of lenders and homeowners, lender, broker, escrow and notary liability, residential and commercial easement and boundary disputes, unlawful detainers and related real estate probate matters. David also has a wealth of experience handling California state appellate and insurance coverage matters, including suits against the insurer and related first and third-party coverage disputes.
