Skip Cunningham has been handling title insurance matters on an almost exclusive basis since 1977. He has tried well over 100 cases in both jury and non-jury matters in California Federal and State Courts, including a three week jury trial in the defense of a bad faith claim for a major title insurance company in which he was successful. Skip also handles title insurance claims and coverage matters. Skip has handled a significant number of appellate matters before the Courts of Appeal for the State of California and the California Supreme Court.
